Directions to Champlain Bridge at Bates Island

From Ottawa:

1) If you are facing Parliament, take Wellington Street west that changes name to Ottawa River Parkway. Turn right on Champlain bridge. Then turn on Bates Island on your right.
2) From the 417 West, exit at Island Park Drive and stay on this road. It eventually becomes Champlain Bridge. Then turn on Bates Island on your right.

From Hull:

1) From Highway 5 North, take exit 3 (Casino). Turn left on Blvd. St-Raymond, follow that road that will change name to De la Montagne Road South. At the end of this road, turn right on Blvd. Alexandre-Taché, then turn left at the first light onto Champlain Bridge. Turn left on Bates Island.
2) Take Blvd. Alexandre-Taché (west) as if you where going to Aylmer. Turn left on Champlain Bridge. Turn left on Bates Island.

From Aylmer:

From De la Montagne Road, take Notch Road. At Kingsmere, turn right. Then turn left onto Lac-Meech Road. Parking P12 will be on your left.

From Hull and Ottawa:

From the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge, take Highway 5 north to exit 12 (Old Chelsea). Turn left onto Old Chelsea Road, continue on this road whose name will change to Lac-Meech Road. P 12 will be on your left.

From Hull and Ottawa:

1) From the Chaudières Bridge, turn left onto Alexandre-Taché Boulevard in Hull. Continue on, and turn right onto the Gatineau Parkway. Continue for 16 kilometres (10 miles), and turn left onto Lac-Meech Road. P 12 will be on your left.
2) If you are facing Parliament, take Wellington Street west and continue to the Portage Bridge. Cross the bridge, and turn left at the first traffic lights. Continue on Taché to the Gatineau Parkway and turn right. Continue on the parkway for 16 kilometres (10 miles), and turn left onto Lac-Meech Road. P 12 will be on your left.

From Hull:

From Taché Boulevard, turn onto the Gatineau Parkway. Continue on the parkway for 16 kilometres (10 miles), then turn left onto Lac-Meech Road. P 12 will be on your left.
